When you join the waitlist, book a demo or chat with us, we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, company, role and your answers to our questions. When you use Worklyne, we store the content you create, such as projects, tasks, comments and files, plus basic usage data like log-ins and feature use.
02 · How we use it
To give you access to the beta, schedule and prepare demos, answer your messages, keep the service secure, and improve the product. If you opt in, we also send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from any email.
03 · Who can see it
Only the Worklyne team members who need it to help you, and a short list of service providers that host and operate the product on our behalf under strict data processing agreements. They can’t use your data for anything else. We never sell it.
04 · Where it lives
During the public beta, workspace data is hosted in Singapore, and an India region is in the pipeline. Enterprise workspaces can be hosted in the United States or the European Union instead. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
05 · How long we keep it
Waitlist and demo details are kept for up to 12 months unless you become a customer. Workspace data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of closing it.
06 · Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Email privacy@worklyne.app and we’ll respond within 30 days.
